Subject– Notice of Cancellation of War and SRCC Risk for all transit to/from/within Ukraine.
As a part of our continuous communication, we would like to inform you that this is with reference to ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Various new steps have been taken regarding your current and future dispatches to these regions by insurers.
Consequently War, Strike and civil commotion risk have been cancelled for all the transits to/from and within Ukraine, Ukraine territorial waters, Russian Black Sea territorial water, Sea of Azov Port and Russian territories within 200 km. of the Ukrainian border.
The Notice of cancellation will be effective from 14th March 2022, 12:00 PM and War risk will not be there from 21st March 2022. Notice period of 48 hours will stand revised in case any future amendment is made.
Any further development will be intimated immediately in this regard.
