Meet Mr. Ravi Reddy, our Head of Claims, leveraging 40 years of unparalleled expertise in Business Operations. Joining our company in 2022, he oversees claims operations with a rich background. Starting in 1983 with the State Bank of India, he later moved to The New India Assurance Co Ltd in 1988, retiring in March 2022 as DGM. His prolific career at New India spanned various spheres of non-life insurance business operations, including leadership roles in diverse locations such as Fiji Island and Dubai.

Residing in Mumbai post-superannuation, he values family time with his wife, a homemaker, and their son currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Europe. Dedicated to knowledge sharing, he imparts his extensive experience to the younger generation in the field of general insurance. A keen traveler, he enjoys reading spiritual and motivational books, and occasionally indulges in TV and social media when free. His wealth of experience and commitment to knowledge transfer make him a valuable asset to our company.
