Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide clients with information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
- Monitor and manage policy renewals to ensure timely renewals and retention of clients.
- Proactively reach out to clients before policy expiration to discuss renewal options and address any concerns.
- Assist clients with the claims process, from initial reporting to final resolution.
- Liaise with the claims department to ensure timely and fair processing of claims.
- Address and resolve any client complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Generate reports on client interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate or postgraduates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
