Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely submission of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Identify training needs and develop programs for skill enhancement and leadership development.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance HR processes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
