Job Responsibilities

Identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies within the large corporate insurance market.
Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at large corporate clients.
Engage potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Enhance and promote our brand within the large corporate segment through various marketing channels.
Work closely with sales, product development, and underwriting teams to align marketing strategies and support business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance marketing, with a focus on large corporate clients.
Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
