Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the large corporate sector.
Analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large corporate accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Beacon Insurance Brokers' services to large corporate clients.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and activities that enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
Collaborate with the internal team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance marketing, with a focus on large corporate clients.
Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
