He is a “Fellow” of the Insurance Institute of India and an “Associate” of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. Currently at the helm of Beacon Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd since January 2005, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success.
His journey in the insurance industry includes key roles such as Vice President of the Marketing Department at Lucas and Mayo Net Sourcing in Delhi and Assistant Vice President heading the Strategic Business Unit of IFFCO-TOKIO in Baroda. With vast experience in diverse areas, he efficiently managed Fire, Aviation, Engineering, Treaty Reinsurance, and Indian business development during his tenure at The New India Assurance Co. Ltd. His leadership roles extended to heading Tied and organized Divisional offices, as well as two branches, demonstrating consistent growth and profitability.
He possesses excellent skills in developing teams and crafting business strategies, adept at creating and organizing markets. His ability to procure and nurture a highly motivated team of dedicated professionals has been instrumental in implementing successful business strategies. Collaborating with team members, he has efficiently developed client relationships across various sizes and strata, establishing a brand image carried by satisfied clients. In terms of technical skills, he exhibits profound knowledge in underwriting and claim management across diverse classes of business. As a firm advocate of network development, he believes in creating a strong and diversified network for both horizontal and vertical business expansion.
