Joining Beacon in 2006 as an Assistant Manager, she quickly distinguished herself in the adept management of major corporate insurance portfolios and currently spearheads our business development initiatives. Stationed in Vadodara with her husband, son, and retired father-in-law, Rupali is not only a devoted professional but also a consummate perfectionist who thrives on engaging in creative projects. 

Beyond her professional achievements, she is a trained Kathak dancer, finding joy in the rhythmic expressions of this classical dance form. Her evenings are often filled with the soulful tunes of ghazals and soft melodies, reflecting her deep appreciation for the finer aspects of life. A collaborative leader, Rupali drives strategic direction, fosters leadership development, and consistently achieves critical business results.
